HI all,
I'm thinking about buying a set of signals that are made by NJ international, they are the modern three light D type head w/ snow hood, with opening cabinet doors, can anyone tell me there experence with them?? Thanks guys n gals,,
LION builds his own signals. When you need more than 200 of them, you begin to think "How can I do this for 50c per signal". Fortuantely, subway signals are not all that complicated.

NJ signals are a very good product, made of brass with LEDs; but you get no control circuitry with them and must provide your own resistors. Tomar signals are very similar, but also include no control circuitry or resistors.
I have been using NJ International N gauge 3 color automatic signals and 3 over 3 home signals on my T-Trak modules. They are nice signals They come with resistors. I use my own relay circuitry to operate the signals along with NCE BD20' current detectors for detection. I have many Atlas G type signals that I will be using on my home layout. They don't come with resistors though. NJ International signals are wired common Anode while the Atlas signals are wired common Cathode.
How adaptable are these signals to the tortise switch??
Very adaptable. My friend has several wires to his tortoies's for showing the turnout route. Joe
Hmmm, made of brass, happy customers, and last but not lease, it works with the Tortise???Man, I'm Sold!!!!!
Ewe can make anything work with a Tortoise!
