 Hope those are cheap - it's just a jumper between the stock rail and the adjacent closure/point rail, if the first video is the product being talked about. You can just solder a short piece of wire, no need to buy anything. Or drop a pair of feeders, one from each closure rail, and tie to the nearest feeder on the same side. The purpose of this seems to be to bypass the point to stock rail connection from being the only source of power up to the frog. Jumpers or more feeders will accomplish the same task, also kindof surprised this works weel without the clips even on DC, that's a marginal connection at best, and if the track is ballasted and/or painted, even worse. Those clips replicate jumpers that are already on most other brands of track.
