DCC harness between Loco and Tender
Posted by A.Kulak on Saturday, March 16, 2013 1:58 PM

Hello,

I have recently purchase through E-Bay a Broadway Limited PRR T-1 with DCC/DCC Sound. I realized that the loco came without the wire harness between the loco and tender. The loco and tender have a male connecter and a female connector for operations on DCC. The Loco is Item #2230 from BLI. I am a novice with DCC and would appreciate anybody's suggestion for a source and item number for a replacement wire. I see on the loco and eight-pin socket.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, by all means contact BLI. I have used their e-mail connection a number of times when looking for advice or a parts request.  You will have to fill out a parts form when you are ready to order, but BLI does answer their e-mails (unlike some others) and in most instances they will tell you exactly what you need to order.

Thanks all for the advice. The item which came in the mail today actually had the harness! It just snake itself back into the tender! Once I dismantled the tender, behold, there's the harness. The PRR T-1 is indeed a beauty!!!
