Walthers American Crane

Just purchased one of these. Has anyone put a decoder into it? There's not a lot of room due to the winding mechanism, I'm thinking n scale decoder  in the operator's cab.

I put a TCS M4 and made all the lights functional. You can use an M2 just fine though
