I think this is my bad.
I bought this BLI MOW vehicle, put it on the track and ran it several times as #3. I did not change any CVs before running it. Recently I had it on a storage track but inadvertently left the track powered. Now, as Grandpa would say it is "stone cold dead" so, I assume I burned out the decoder. I can not read any of the CVs. The box says Dual mode DC - DCC.Anyone else have experience with this vehicle?
Anyone know of an after market decoder that will fit?

Maybe I'm missing something. Why would leaving the track powered to your MOW car be any different than leaving it powered for any other decoder-equipped locomotive?

Good point, but it is a dual mode decoder and I thought it might be the same situation as a DC equipped vehicle. If it didn't shift to DCC mode that might cause it to burn out???

Not that I'm aware of, Lee. You stated that you can't read CVs. Are you able to reset the decoder to factory settings? Even if it can't read the manufacturer and decoder numbers during programming, it should still be able to reset using CV30 = 2.

I can't get it to respond to any input. CV 30=2 doesn't work either.

I was under the impression that these had an NCE decoder, in which case CV30=2 should be the reset. If it's dead, well, it should be replaceable with a similar decocder. Probably one of the N scale size ones, since it's so small, you'd have to open it up and see what's in there.
