can someone please tell me if i can use the TCS K4-LK strobe lighting kit without a decoder. will it work with dc only? thank you.
NO, it will not work without a DCC decoder and a DCC system. Model Railroader magazine page 73 of the March 2012 issue explains this.
actually i contacted tcs and you CAN run this feature on dc alone. i am now looking for the lighting kits for the passenger cars.
