Mallory Coil Switch Machines
Posted by don7 on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 11:09 PM

Was wondering if anyone is familiar with these electric coil switch machines? The local small electronics store has a couple dozen of these sitting in their "Specials" bin.

They look very sturdy and would mount under the table top very easily.

They also have the contacts to power lighted signals.

Anyone familiar with these that could give an opinion on how well they operate?

Are they twin coil switch machines?

I haven't used the Mallory switch machines, but I have the Peco twin coil switch machines, and they were great, very dependable, no problems.
