Crossing gates and the tourtoise
Posted by aet on Thursday, July 28, 2011 2:17 PM

I have installed NJ Int. crossing gates but the activation bar does not line up with the activation bar on the tourtoise switch machine.

Is there any way to remedy this so I can get it to work properly?

Thanks

Andy

I used the Tomar gates instead, but I would imagine they are very similar.   Included was the Tortoise signal actuator, which allows mounting of the Tortoise most anywhere within the limits of the choke cable.

Scroll down the page and check the right column.    Good luck.
