Unless that works vastly different than the Lenz unit it looks like, then the outputs never stay on continuously and it's not easy to add LEDs to that. Instead add an Atlas Snap Relay to each turnout and use the contacts on there to operate the LEDs. And the extra set of contacts can be used to power the frogs.

The box says it also works with slow motion machines which would need constant power. In that case an LED in series with a torti should work. Then again if using torti's you also have a pair of contacts to work with.

It sure looks identical to the Lenz LS150. Yes, it can drive a Tortoise - if you add a pair of diodes on each output, as diagrammed in the manual. It also does NOT supply continuous power. It's always a pulse. You can set the duration fairly high, but there is never continuous power.
ANd the other problem - if you set the pulse duration for the maximum of 10 seconds, while the one output is active for that 10 seconds, NO OTHER SWITCH COMMANDS WILL BE PROCESSED.
The LS150 is a good low cost stationary decoder for solenoid turnouts, but for slow motion machines it leaves a lot to be desired.
well i read the manual again an didnt find how to add leds so im thinking if i can use the atlas switch box i can add the leds from there using a resistor can i ?????
