Wiring switches and signals
Posted by aet on Friday, April 1, 2011 1:20 PM

Hello,

On my Dad's layout long ago he was able to throw a switch and the signal signal next to it would go from red to green, green to red when throwing it again.

I have Atlas switches and some model power signals and was hoping someone could explain how you wire this situation.

Thanks

Andy

Probably the best way would be to use tortoise switch machines. They have 2 contacts on them which can be used for things like lighting your led's

Andy,

Can you tell us what specific type of Atlas switch you have and what specific type of Model Power signal?
