MR/RMC/etc article circuitry for reverse loop automation
Posted by sandusky on Thursday, February 24, 2011 7:10 AM

Hi all. Seems like there have been articles on this sort of thing. I'm now beginning construction on an   out-and-back, so I need to find this kind of thing, or something on the web. Ideas?

The PSX-AR from Tony's Train Exchange does this if you're going to use DCC.

For a DC controlled layout, TracTronics may have something useful if they are still in business:

A place to start: http://www.wiringfordcc.com/track_2.htm#a9.  Alan's explanations are clear and illustrated.  Although the site is DCC directed, the wiring scheme for reverse loops is the same for DC.
