New QSI Aristo Decoder for 2011?
Posted by M_Parsons on Saturday, January 22, 2011 8:38 AM

Does anyone have any details about QSI (Quantum) coming out with a new / revised ARISTO large scale decoder in 2011?  I hear that it will replace the current Aristo model (which is long out of stock and may (??) be dropped, and that the replacement unit will have lots more functionality.  Rumor I heard is for a February 2011 intro.

Anyone else heard anything along these lines?

As with most such rumors, there's nothing on the QSI web site about any planned upgrades.

You might get some more meaningful answers by moving your question to the Garden Railways magazine Battery Power/Radio Control/Live Steam forum instead of here, or asking on the mylargescale forums.

It's Almost Official.   Had an email conversation with the distributor and they confirmed it - saying that the details will be coming out shortly and that pricing will be "comparable".
