I was thinking I could put some gears on the drums. Then there would be two worm gears, one top one botton and then to 2 seperate n scale motor + decoder.
I would probly need an offset gear so the n scale motors will fit.
What do you guys think?

I'm not sure the existing gears could take the stress of motor drive, They're pretty stiff to stay in position so nothign moves when you don't want it to. I'm sure it can be done - it just probably needs quite a bit of mechanical work. Some sort of electronic switch would probably be the way to go - so that with say F1 turned on it rotates the cab, F2 raises and lowers the boom, F3 raises and loweres the cable.
