ditch light set up

The only time i can get my ditch lights to work is when i honk the horn and then only one comes on. I recently reset the decoder (Digitrax 165A0) in the engine and i can't figure out which cv's control the ditch lights. I want them to be on when the engine is moving foward and to alternate when the horn is blown. I searched digitrax website and all i could find was the cv that controls how long they alternate after you let off the horn. help please.
