Nope, sorry guys.  There is no error in the programming an no consisting.  Each one reads back with its correct address on the program track and I have tried reprogramming the PA. I will now reprogram the Dash 8. But you know, I think it may be more likely the decoder than the controller.  Maybe the NCE DSR 13s do not discriminate properly.
