OK, I have no idea what is going on, but I cannot control any engines and the read out on the DT 400 is not right at all.Bang Head

You know how the DT 400 should read idle when plugged in to the DB 150 when not in use? Mine is reading Kdng? When I flip the power switch to OP this is what the read out looks like.

svcv 320 then flashes stct 328

Now that I have it off again, read out is Kfng and just now changed back to Kdng.

I have tried unplugging the power supply, then plugging it back in. Still doing it. Engines I was running last night run when I power it up, but cannot read the numbers.

                           Help!

Ken, I would suggest calling them....today....right away, while someone is there to answer your question.  If you have to ship it, you can still catch today's mail.

Sorry I can't offer more than that.

Have you tried swapping the cord for the throttle to another port?  Maybe there is a connectivity issue.  Could be the coiled wire tether, could be contamination in a receptacle...

The DT400 manual says that if what you see on the display ain't what wuz there when you last played, press "Exit" and see if that doesn't get you back.

Did you try a factory reset and clearance from all the Ops Sw changes you may have made?  The manual guides you to clearing everything.

Thanks Crandell, but it is dead. I was on the phone with Dave at Digitrax, he said to send it back. Crying

I would use the opportunity to have it upgraded to a 402 throttle while it's there.  Also have them replace the thether wire.
