Would it matter

I run my engines on DCC. If I had known to use feeders for the track when I built the layout I would have used them. But since I lacked the knowledge of feeders, I bought a 5amp booster which seems to give me all the power I need. I had a thought though, would it help or hurt or not make a difference if I split my power line and feed it to two gap track plugs? To explain, I have two revesrse loops on the layout. One on one side of the layout and one on the other side. Each loop contains 2 insulated straights(or gap straights) per loop. Each gap track has plugs to power both sides of the track. And one gap track from each loop is plugged for my reverse loop module. But the other 2 gap tracks (one on each loop) is open. So what if I split my main power line and plug them in to the gap plugs powering out side the loop? Would this matter? Thanks Joe C. Pittsburgh Pa.

How large is your layout?  Do you have pics or a diagram?

Also are you saying you only have a single feeder for the main and a feeder for each of the reverse loops?

The layout is 4x13 it does have a single feeder to main and to the loops I don't know how to up load pics in this forum. I have videos on you tube under thejoeyd1997. Video of my big boy will give you a good idea what i'm talking about
