Sound for a Kato
Posted by Harley-Davidson on Thursday, June 17, 2010 3:23 PM

Please, up today, what sound decoder and speaker are suitable to fit in a HO Kato SD90/43MAC, early production? (no hole in the tank...), thanks.

why not just make the hole in the tank yourself ? or if you don't have the equipment get it done by someone that does.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.

Here's one I did with a Digitrax DH165K0 and a Soundbug chip.  On this one I cut away some weight and added a 16x35mm speaker and enclosure.

I've also used a QSI U decoder and not replaced the Kato circuit board.

David, why not the AT-1000 or the GN-1000?
