canot get decoder to accept programing i use mrc dcc unit is not problem would appreciate any info do not have tec manual thank you
Stardogdo not have tec manual
If what you are calling the mini is what Soundtraxx calls a micro, then the manuals are available at the following location: http://www.soundtraxx.com/manuals.php. I believe that what you would need are the Tsunami steam users guide and the Tsunami steam technical reference.
Stardogseams i need a programing booster
I'm not familiar with your MRC system, but as far as I know the only time you need the programming booster is if you are programming on a programming track. Why can't you program the engine on the main? If you are concerned that you might program other engines, just remove them from the rails. There is a risk with this, of course, if you installed the decoder yourself and miswired something. Then the decoder could fry if you hit it with more current than what the program track has available. But programming on the main is an option if you want to take a chance.
(or does not the MRC system put out enough power to even program on the main?)
