If anyone is familiar w/ Atlas N scale code 55, i'm wondering if the tracks in a 60 degree crossing are insulated from each other? I assume that they are, but we all know what happens when we assume anything.
My design has one such crossing in the midst of a reversing loop for two different main lines, so i'm thinking that i'll have two independent reversing blocks.
Thanks.
Each leg of the "X" are elecetrically separated from each other. I just put a meter on mine...

To my knowledge, all of the Atlas crossings are fully insulated. I have two different sized Atlas crossings, and they both are "wired" at the factory to prevent shorts or loss of power.

All Atlas (and Peco) crossings are completely insulated -- if they weren't they'd cause a short as soon as they were installed.
