SALT CREEK RAILROAD
Wiring a double slip switch is just like wiring two standard turnouts end to end.
If your DSS has insulated frogs and internal jumpers, one drop to each outer curved rail and you're good to go.
If your DSS has solid frogs and rail gaps, each solid frog should be connected to the contacts on whatever moves the points on the opposite end of the switch assembly, just like wiring a 'hot' frog on a standard turnout. Don't forget to gap the rails beyond the frog.
The obtuse-angle frogs should be wired to the adjacent curved rails - )>( - the whole business should have the same polarity.
You will need two independently-controlled switch machines (or hand throws.) Again, think of the whole assembly as two normal turnouts one atop the other and squinched together.

If it is a Walthers brand and is DCC ready, then just make sure you run feeders to all four tracks. Other than that you should be fine.

If it's a Peco Insulfrog version no special wiring is required -- just install it as if it were any other piece of trackwork.
Thanks Much. I think I got it Now. I'm also working on my typing and spelling.
Thank you. Thar's easier than I thought. I'm also working on my spelling and typing.
