This is going to be a tough one. No message either.

Well, since the details are lacking I'll just have to make a stab at it.  Do you get lights when pressing address 10?  For sound: You have to press the red yellow function button before pressing the address buttons that double as function buttons.  F8 (mute) may also be turned off.

That's the best I can do...

Hi there, for some reason my message disappeared. I have the ez command. It has a red stop button and a yellow function button. I press the function button, and i can get the lights the work. But, no sound. I have two engines. One i just added a Bachmann Sound decoder to and the other is new and is a DCC equipeed engine. All the lights work via the function buittons, and all the drive functions work, just no sound.

Select the engine, hit function, then button 8. On most engines, 8 will turn the sound on and off. I ran my E-Z for 3 years, and it ran all the decoders sound systems I have.

Bachmann does not make a sound decoder, and I don't think they sell the Tsunami sound decoder as an add-on part.

DCC equipped does not mean you have sound in the engine.

What decoder did you use that you say is a Bachmann sound decoder?  Unless it had a speaker attached, it is not a sound decoder.

From your descriptions, it seems to me that neither locomotive has sound.
