Bowser Soundraxx Help
Posted by Caso.Sub on Saturday, November 7, 2009 10:43 PM

Hi Everyone

I recently purchase a Bowser Executive Line DH C-628. I didn't like how the head andend lights were not properly shining into the light holes, so I put the shell off. When I was reconfiguring the bulbs, the front leds, broke off the soundtrax DSD board. I looked at this, and said oh I can resolder. Afraid not. It has a resistor, and I have no remaining tabs on the resistor to solder back on the bulbs.

What should I do?

Replace the resisor,?

Replace the bulbs, what do I replace the bulbs, with that will work

Thanks,

CASO

Caso,

Your resistor is color-coded.  (Note the different colored bands across the body of it.)  If I'm understanding your correctly, all you should need to do is to figure out which resistor it is from this chart and replace it with one of the same value.  My guess is that it's 1K or less.
