DecoderPro - plug in front or in back of UP5?
Posted by Isambard on Saturday, June 13, 2009 5:54 PM

Noting the "Universal Front Panel Caution" in the Digitrax Knowledge Base,
should the Decoder Pro/Computer connection to the Loconet be to the front
RJ12 receptacle or a back RJ12 receptacle of a UP5?

It can plug into rear, front, or side because it doesn't use pins 1 and 6 (rail sync). Front is the best place because the rear jacks allow a loconet daisy chain to continue.
