DCC/Sound decoder for Athearn HO #99177, Amtrak AMD103/P42?

Any recommendations/experience for sound decoder installation in subject loco?

Will be installing a Soundtraxx Tsunami within 2 days. Installation is very easy - just make sure to either use the 1.5v pads for the bulbs or use resistors. The Soundtraxx Tsunami has excellent sound. I use a sheet of styrene to mount the decoder on so that it doesn't short on the metal motor pickup.
