Has anyone hear delt with this company?
I have a few of their products, one is the ABS master. I'm having an issue with it and have left several messages both in email and voice mail and no return response after 6 days.

I know one of the owners has been involved in a job location change.  I sent a copy of your post to a friend of his and asked that the message be forwarded.

Thanks

The product seems pretty good but I'm having a glitch.  Part of having a business is supporting the product.  Hope they hang in there.

This was my email to them

Hi
I recently picked one of the ABS masters up from Lins Junction in Lansdale.
I just finished setting it up using 3 color signals and 2 blocks.
While installing it I would check eash block as I went along.  At block 3 I was having an issue where the unit would not power up any led's on the 2 signals.  Thinking it was possibly a bad sensor I swapped the block 3 sensor for one of the one's in the 3 sensor cable. The unit worked after that.
Right Now I have 2 signals hooked up to the 1 and 2 position with sensor only on 3 and 4.  Sometimes the unit will not light any lights but will after several cycles of power.  Once it's up signal 1 works fine.  Signal 2 will only switch between Red and Yellow.  I have seen the green work on power up sometimes before switching over to red, so I know the wiring is correct.  When working it goes like this.
Start up Block 1 signal green, block 2 signal yellow.
Engine passes block 1. Signal 1 switches to red, Signal 2 Stays Yellow.
Engine passes Block 2.  Signal 2 Switches to Red.
Engine leaves Block 2 Sensor.  Signal 1 switches to Yellow
Engine passes Sensor.  Nothing.  Normal
Engines leaves Block 3 Sensor.  Signal 2 switches to Yellow.  Signal 1 switches to Green.
Engines Passes Block 4 Sensor.  Nothing. Normal
Engines Leaves Block 4 Sensor.  Siganl 2 doesn't switch to Green.

Reverse the engine and Pass Block 4 LED.  Block 2 signal changes to Red. (Shows #4 sensor is working)
Engine passes Block 2 Sensor.  Signal 2 Switches to Yellow.
Engine passes Block 1 Sensor.  Signal 1 Switches to Green  Signal 2 still at yellow.
Like I said. Sometimes While troubleshooting I can see signal 2 momentarily go green before switching to red.  This is when only 2 cables are attached.
Any Ideas on what to try.

I am local to you in Springfield PA if you need to see the unit. I really don't want to return the cables since they are soldered on the layout and stapled in now.  No staples are through the cables and are nice and loose. Checked.

I have a flash unit for a crossing and that seems to work fine.
Thanks.

Have you tried asking Paul at Lin's?  He's usually pretty good with that stuff.

Actually I just spoke to Paul at lins and he confirmed that the owner is in the middle of a move across a couple of states.  I should hear something soon.

Of course I left with a bag of goodies Big Smile
