I'd have to digitalize a ConCor M10000, which is the best and opportune sound decoder that You can recommend me, please?

Bruce Petrarca of Litchfield Station (2nd link) is quite knowledgeable.  Personally, I'd go with his example.  And Bruce has listed all the parts that you'll need on the left side of the page, as well as link to where they are at his store.
