I was wondering if anyone has experience with Train Control Systems n scale decoders, specifically the CN-series. Are they a quality decoder and esay to install? They appear to be a bit more expensive than a digitrax decoder, however not having the have the chassis milled is worth the extra cost in my opinion. Any input would be great. Sorry if this is a repost, I searched a did not find what I was looking for.

Good solid decoders. Well made. I've had no problems. Very helpful at meetings where they have had a booth. They run my engines well. - Nevin
All TCS decoders are an excellent product. They are the only company I know of that offers a "Goof Proof" warranty. They will replace the decoder even if it gets damaged by the installer.

Totally worth it, they are very good decoders. But be sure to check all the manufacturers when it comes to N scale, each one makes drop-in board replacement decoders for different brands and models of locos, and one of those would be the easiest to fit, in general.
