Directional Locomotives
Posted by Grand Skunk Conductor on Friday, October 24, 2008 2:31 PM

I have 2 HO DCC F unit A loco's I would like to run in an " AA" consist. How do I run one forward and one in reverse?

Both engines are Proto 1K with DS13R decoders installed. My operating system is a Digitrax Super Chief 8 amp. I would like to have this as a permanent consist so it can operate under one address.

Thanks for the help

Put them on the track so they are facing the direction you want them. Now make each one run in the same physical direction. That means if one is moving to the right when the throttle is turned up, make the other move to the right by using the direction switch. Once they are both moving in the same physical direction, consist them.
