i read somewhere in this forum i think about capacitors needed to be cliped from light boards so it  would not short  out .before i install a tcs decoder in it .also do you need to add resisters when installing leds  on this board  thanks

My new 44 ton has 12 volt light bulbs. No LEDs. Here is a photo of the capacitors that should be clipped.

I removed the inductors for clearence since I am installing a MDC Climax shell over the top. Need room for the Micro-Tsunami decoder and speaker. You can leave the inductors in.
