It has not been marketed in the US and with the vast majority of members on this site being US based, you may not get much of a response here.

Search Google for Hornby DCC. I am sure you will get quite a few hits. There might even be a Hornby forum.

Their website does not list any US dealers and I couldn't find any either.  I'm familiar with some of their other products (Humbrol, Corgi, Airfix) but not their trains
