secondy- Suggestions for end division lights(NYC)for mounting on wood caboose.

Since I guess English is not your native language, I'll correct the one word that makes this a strange post. You are looking for a rotating beacon. "Bacon" is the English translation of "Speck" in German.
What you will probably find is a "flasher" or "strobe" light, rather than something that actually rotates.
It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.
