Hi folks,
Having finally decided to take the jump into DCC, I'm about to install a decoder in my PCM HO scale Y6 (which I originally purchased for straight DC). Called the folks at BLI/PCM and they told me there is no need to install dropping resistors even though they use LEDs for the lights. Not that I doubt them per se, but sounds too good to be true. I have purchased a Lenz standard MP with an eight-pin plug for this job. Anybody have any light to shed (oops, inadvertent pun) on this?
Than ks,
Norman
