Based on color photos in Chesapeake & Ohip Through Passenger Train Service and Chsapeake & Ohio Passenger Cars in Color, roomette or bedroom wall colors in the 10-6 sleepers were either very pale gray sea-foam green (1950s) or beige (late 1960s). The photo that has a berth turned down just misses showing bedding colors. If I were a bettin' man, I'd say that the colors of Pullman blankets would be appropriate for the tops of the berths- muted green, or a dusky pink. The upper berth had a stainless trim piece around the edge.
The free-standing chairs were a tweedy green color or a slightly muted "caboose red."
The colors in these books that struck me the most were the blue and yellow pastel-colored chairs and polka dot curtains on lunch counter-buffet-lounge car Chessie Club.

Hello,
I've got some walthers C&O streamliner cars, and I would like to paint their interior to match the prototype. I did several search and even colorized the black and white photos in the COHS' archives. However, I'm still unable to confirm the color for the beds and fabrics in the sleeping car. I did came across some discussion topics regarding interior colors, but I didn't find any information regarding C&O.
Does anyone have any idea about this? Words, photos, discussion topics, any informatin is welcomed.
