Thanks PC. I will have to GPS those two addresses and check it out the next time I have a half a day to kill.
I bet one of them is what I was looking for that day because it was supposed to be nearby.

Track fiddler Sweet. Here's one just out of side of Rochester Minnesota while I was driving around looking for an old grain elevator. The guy at the train show must have gave me bad directions or I didn't listen well enough. At least I found a cool Bridge though. You don't see too many white ones. TF

I don't know if this is what you were looking for but. About 10 miles to the west of Rochester, MN. you have All American CO-OP at 109 Center Ave. S., Eyota, MN. and east of Rochester at 274 Byron Ave. N., Byron ,MN. Gilbertson Feed.
That is one clean looking bridge.

Living the dream.
I watch the video you provided Ed.
When I was a kid in high school I always hated history and social studies. I did not do well in those classes for grades. I think it was because the subject never gathered my interests.
I watch the video you provided in its entirety. From what I gathered, the anchors in the footings of the bridge decomposed in the concrete is what failed her.
What a spectacular Bridge. How Mother Nature took her and the lack of seeing preventable and reversible deterioration was a shame.
To some up that bridge in a word. Magnificent.
To sum up her death from neglect. A shame.
Thanks for the history lesson Ed Enjoyed
Track fiddlerI hope you will tell me it was a Wicked Tornado or something
You guessed it.
This video might be a tad long but if you have the time it is worth a view.
The sad thing is, they knew the bridge was weak but only got about a third of the way with the repairs.
Fascinating Ed. Excellent photography, especially the second photo, almost mesmerizing.
How does a bridge blow down? Just the thought saddens me. I hope you will tell me it was a Wicked Tornado or something

A Bridge Too Far (or too weak?)

Okay this is the third one, I'm sure you know the drill.
Fascination for Bridges is probably more than just my liking.
They don't have to be only Railroad Bridges, other bridges are on our layouts too.
Again I'll start.
This is by far one of my favorites. I pulled over for this one. Running the gauntlet through the Ozark Mountains on Christmas Day 2018.
All the bridge spans did not fit into the picture. I seem to remember there was twelve. Pratt with two x's
