cv_acrNever seen any photos of that one, but WC also converted some old Algoma Central cabooses to remote control/shoving platform cars.
I've found those caboose shoving platforms. Those unfortunately aren't it. Although they are pretty neat.
Did more snooping on the net & found out the WC shoving platforms are really remote control platforms. After searching a bit more I soon discovered a couple of photos of WC RC-1 .
Still have yet to figure out how to post links from device. She's a beautiful shop built car or was back in the day.
I tried railroadpicturearceives but failed to locate RC-1 or RC-2 . I think I have enough information to proceed to scratch building this neat car.
Thank you for chiming in anyway.

My Algoma Central Railway Modeling Blog
Years ago Trains magazine had an issue on Wisconsin Central. For the life of me I can't remember what issue it was. Anyway WC had a boxcar with it's roof and one end cut off for use as a shoving platform. It also had four air tanks mounted on the center of the car.
What was their shoving platforms car number ? These were very neat & I like to model this car.
Trouble is I've searched the internet for a solid week trying to find out more about this car. Nothing on WC shoving platform. It worked as a shoving platform for their unit rock train.
Do you know of the car I'm talking about ? Please post a picture or more information on this car if you know.
Thank you.
