Where can I find the same model of the canadian railway BC Rail coal car in HO ?

Kaslo Shops makes a resin kit for this type of car. Kaslo doesn't seem to have a properly working web site in a while now, but you can get them through some Canadian hobby shops like Central Hobbies:
