This book has a few pages about that one.
Model Railroader Cyclopedia, Volume 2: Diesel Locomotives
the demonstrator was shown around but none were ordered so it was scrapped!

Ray George's book
Missouri-Kansas-Texas in Color
has a couple of color photos of the Blue Goose on the Katy, where it was doing demonstrations with the Katy Flyer.
Hopes this helps[8D]

TrainFreak409,
On a hunch, I did a keyword search at the
Index of Magazines
using "Blue Goose" as the search term. Here's the one citation that resulted:
"The thrifty glutton,"
Trains
, January 1953, page 25. Westinghouse's gas-turbine-electric ( BLUE, GOOSE, "MORGAN, DAVID P.", TURBINE, WESTINGHOUSE, TRN )
As usual, you'll have to look for a copy of the back issue at your LHS, or pay for a photocopy at
customerservice@kalmbach.com or at the NMRA's
Kalmbach Memorial Library
,
http://www.nmra.org/library/.
