Amtrak Passenger Mid train Cars

I have 3 Model Power Amtrak Budd 85' passenger cars. Recently I recieved a set of 1996-era Microscale decals for the Horizon passenger cars and I was wondering if the decals I recieved are at all appropriate for the Model Power cars????[?]

Budd cars survived to wear Phase 4 paint - at least, the Walthers Budd cars are available in Phase 4, so the decals should be usable. There will probably be minor differences between liveries - the running numbers will be wrong for a start. I'm unsure if the Model Power cars are scale length - I've a feeling they may be too short.
