Need help on VIA RAIL and P&W paint!

Hello to all the paint experts out there!
Can anybody help me with VIA Rail Canada and Providence&Worcester RR paint?
I'll be thankfull for any information. Do they use a standard like FS oder RAL? Due to living in Germany it's hard to get US-manufactured paint, especialy solvent-based (Fed. hazardous material transport regulations).

P&W colors are brown, red, and white.

I'll ask somebody what they use for custom painting P&W and let you know.

Seems nobody's out there who can help me on this problem. May be I should be more specific. I'm looking for modern VIA Rail loco paint, the Kool Aid add version in special. And the modern P&W brown and orange scheme. Any hints about the correct paint to use would be highly appreciated!
