[:)] I'm trying to find plans or general drawings with measurements of a Class C four-trucker electric locomotive like the ones used on the Illinois Terminal Railroad I found pictures of them here

Here are three article citations from the Index of Magazines. Looks like the MR articles by the great Bill Clouser would be your best bet.
