Horns on ex-PRR E7s

Does anyone know what type of horns the ex-PRR E7s had when the Penn Central took over? From the photos I have, it appears that they had 3-chime horns, but I'm not so sure. I can make out the 3 forward-facing horns, but the rear portion of the horn isn't as clear. (In other words, I'm not sure if the units had a 3-chime or 5-chime horn on them.)

I'm still messing around with my red N scale E, and installing the horn is all I have left! Thanks again for the help with the other details...and any help about the horn is appreciated.

Most of the E7's in pennsy Power 2 have a single horn facing out over the nose and centered above the engineers window. There is only one picture of one with a three chime horn and it looks like one faces the rear. E8's had both also.

Pretty sure the single-trumpet horns were as-delivered, but PRR later went to three-chime Nathan horns on its E-units. I pulled out my copy of Pennsy Diesel Years 3 to see what's there, and found a couple E8's in the opening spread with the three-chime Nathans. There's an E7 with a three-chime Nathan on pg. 47, and another on pg. 80, but an E7 with a single-chime horn appears on pg. 65. All of these engines were in the single-strip scheme. Finally, an EG with a three-chime horn is shown in Pittsburgh in 1970 on pg. 93. So, judging from this small sample, it would appear that PRR replaced most of its E-units' horns with three-trumpet Nathans when they were repainted into the single stripe scheme in the late '50s. I presume PRR and PC kept those horns at merger time.
