Hi all. Does anyone know where I could get my hands on a train designation list for the mid 60's? I found an online list but it was from 1980 on. Thanks!

have you tried the Colorado Railroad Museum? I don't have an e-mail for them, but I think they're usually listed in the monthly TRAINS magazine.

Gentlemen,
This should do the trick:
http://www.crrm.org
Enjoy Golden, have a Coors, and I hope they can help you with the list

hey grande man,

Suggest you join email list/yahoo group http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/DRGW/ and look and learn.

There is a wealth of info available, but searching via Yahoo site is a pain,
so use Nathan Holmes http://www.drgw.net/ mirror site (select DRGW List Mirror on rhs) to search for specific terms.

The amount of RG knowledge here is provided by ex-rail men, locals and people who interacted with the RG, railroad, technical, trains and locations all covered, as well as timetables, types and tons of history.

When posting, be quite specific about what you want, and rewards will come,

regards, dave
