With the bridge floor as the models exclusive load bearing subassembly you can take for the rods what you like best.</p> <p>I personally prefer a straight wire. Monofilament has to be kept under tension to stay streight. Plastics tend to creep (deflections grow under constant tension) with the result that the monofilament might not stay straight.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
