Hello, I'm Volker. I live in Germany but interested in American Railroads since the mid 1980s. It is my first post so it is moderated and takes some time to be shown. Robert John Zenk's book "Southern pacific & The KM Hydraulics" gives a wheel diameter of 40'' for early and late type. Regards, Volker
