You are aware I assume that there is a laser cut kit available from Enginehouse Services hobby shop in Green Bay for this depot?

It should be possible given the huge number of available photographs of that building to do a good enough job of guesstimating that a pretty close model could be made without drawings. Even better would be to visit Green Bay and get enough measurements of your own, such as width, and then measuring how many brick courses there are in, say 4 or 5 feet of height, that the rest of the dimensions can be gleaned from good photos.
