B&O Baggage Car Question
Posted by Erie1951 on Monday, May 25, 2020 12:01 PM

Hello, Crew! I'd like to get a Funaro & Camerlengo B&O C15 baggage car kit. My questions are about the type trucks that were used, how long the cars were in service, etc. Thanks!

I don't recall what B&O called their unique express car trucks used under the C-15s but I was able to find a pair in resin a few years ago. F&C used to offer them separately but I don't see them any more.

I DID find this seller who includes a pair of (Bethlehem Car Works) KitBits #231 trucks. Might be worth a look and for about the same $ as the kit less trucks.

The resin trucks I bought are rather crude and fragile and don't include wheelsets.

Bob the Train Guy has them, too:

Good Luck, Ed
