New York Central "Pacemaker Green" Color?
Posted by Jones1945 on Thursday, February 21, 2019 6:54 AM

Dear all,

I am looking for a sample train car of NYC's all-coach passenger train: the Pacemaker for collection and create my 3D trains model, but I can hardly find a photo with color which showing the "Pacemaker Green".

I would be very grateful if I can get the code of the color or any info about this color with your help! Thank you very much!

Interesting, so this is all like "virtual" railroading?

You need more info that what you found in the CTT forums?

I found this, but you probably did to.  Maybe you can get more info from The Coach Yard.

At one time Scalecoat Paint was going to make Pacemaker Green, but never did.

An article on painting the P&LE Berkshires which were painted in Pacemaker Green used Coach Green as a close color match for the locomotive.

Rule 1: This is my railroad.

Rule 2: I make the rules.

Rule 3: Illuminating discussion of prototype history, equipment and operating practices is always welcome, but in the event of visitor-perceived anacronisms, detail descrepancies or operating errors, consult RULE 1!
