I was just watching some youtube videos on the Western Maryland Scenic RR 2-6-6-2 being moved about the yard after arrival from Baltimore. They were using a neat looking small center cab Plymouth switcher. Does anyone know what model it is and if it's available in HO?

Tyco/Mantua made center cab Plymouths.  The side windows look different and the detail is not up to current standards.
