"Q" Caboose Decal Matching Help
Posted by FRRYKid on Sunday, June 11, 2017 11:01 AM

I am in need of help from my forum friends again. I am planning to model the caboose in this picture: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1931807. Where I'm running into the problem is I have no idea how to match the numbers and the BN sublettering that were used to renumber and this will need to be in HO scale. The "Q" caboose set's closest stencil-style lettering is square rather than the round on the caboose and doesn't have any "N"s. The BN set doesn't have any stencil-style numbers or BN sublettering. As usual, any suggestions or ideas that anyone has most be most welcomed.

Microscale

has stencil-style lettering that should be suitable.
